This week Racing Style Nation brings you style tips for the upcoming AAMI Stradbroke Day at Eagle Farm racecourse.
The 2015 Fashions on the Field competition at Stradbroke Day saw the largest turn out of competitors across the 2015 carnival and you can be sure that this year will be no different with the weather of Ladies Oak's washing away many patrons from competing the previous week. With a prize pool valued at over $8000 dollars and such a versatile fashion theme on the day the competition is set to be fierce.
Eagle Farm Racecourse on Saturday 11 June 2016, will be a sea of Black and White with a touch of Red as the carnival comes to a close. As with last year, we predict larger brimmed hats to continue as a favourite and ladylike glamour and refined tailoring with a contemporary twist to take to the stage.

Style icon and Myer Ambassador Rachael Finch will join Director of Wil Valor, Mark Ferguson, on the judging panel so you just know that attention to detail and a refined and classic racewear look will be favoured. This FOTF competition will also have a Best Millinery category which will be a huge drawcard for those of you who have commissioned a custom headpiece by any of Australia's talented artisans.
